AREAS APPROPRIATED FOR INVESTMENT in the study of conditions and ways of the commune development

The Commune of Tryńcza has a great investment potential. Its convenient localization gives big possibilities for economical expansion. The most important area for such development is situated in the South - East part of Gniewczyna Łańcucka, near existing manufactiring works like: Waggon Factory, Road-Building Firm. This area has been marked as AREA No 1

AREA No 1 village GNIEWCZYNA ŁAŃCUCKA
In the study of conditions and ways of The Commune of Tryńcza development grounds mentioned above are appropriated for industrial and handicraft investment. The area has been divided into 3 variants:
Variant I The area of about 22 ha, the grounds of private owners. The soil quality is as follows:
  • about 30% of grounds in rank IV,
  • about 60% of grounds in rank V,
  • about 10% of grounds in rank VI.
Variant II The area of about 12 ha, including 5,64 ha that is the property of The Commune of Tryńcza; the rest of the grounds have private owners. The soil quality is as follows:
  • about 30% of grounds in rank IV,
  • about 50% of grounds in rank V,
  • about 20% of grounds in rank VI

Variant III The area of about 30 ha , including 2,12 ha that is the property of The Commune of Tryńcza; the rest of the grounds have private owners. The soil quality is as follows:
  • about 50% of grounds in rank IV,
  • about 50% of grounds in rank V.

AREA No 2 village Tryńcza
For this area has ben made a Commune of Tryńcza Local Area Development Plan. Grounds mentioned above are appropriated for industry and commercial services.
On the area of about 1.50 ha there are warehouses, trade and bakery buildings. The rest of the area (about 2.00 ha) belongs to private owners.

AREA No 3 village GORZYCE
The area of about 5. 00 ha belongs to private owners.
The soil quality is as follows:
  • about 90% of grounds are pastures in rank V,
  • about 10% of grouds in rank IV.

The appropriation of the grounds for industry needs to work out changes in the study of conditions and ways of The Commune of Tryńcza development and a new Local Area Development Plan.

AREA No 4 village GORZYCE
The area of about 5. 00 ha belongs to private owners.
The soil quality is as follows:
  • about 90% of grounds are ploughlands in rank IV,
  • about 10% of grouds in rank V.

The appropriation of the grounds for industry needs to work out a new Local Area Development Plan. On the area there runs a sawmill.

OBSZAR NR 5 village JAGIEŁŁA
In the study of conditions and ways of The Commune of Tryńcza development grounds mentioned above are appropriate for recreation and rest.
The area of about 153.00 ha is the property of The Commune of Tryńcza
The soil quality is as follows:
  • about 80% of grounds are pastures in rank III,
  • about 20% of grouds are pastures and ploughlands in rank IV.

  • about 85% of grounds are pastures in rank IV,
  • about 15% of grouds are pastures in rank V.
